Our bespoke luxury shepherds hut was hand crafted locally is filled with rustic charm and features everything you need for your stay.

  • Induction hob and microwave
  • King size bed
  • breakfast bar
  • 2 seater sofa
  • En - suite bathroom with shower
  • Bedding and towels will be provided

  • Heater outside cupboard for coats and boots
  • All kitchen equipment provided

 

Set in it own quiet, private dog safe area the our hut comes complete with a beautiful oval shaped kirami wood fired hot tub ideal to relax in after a long day out exploring. Along with a seating area and fire pit with griddle giving you the option to cook outdoors or just sit back with glass in hand and soak up the wonderful view whilst listening to the crackle of the fire

On arrival you will find the key to the hut in a key safe box on the gate post the code to this will be given to you prior to your arrival. We will provide you with your first net of logs to get you started then any further nets can be purchased for a small fee from our little on site honesty shop.

We have also put in a heated cupboard for coats and boots and an outside tap to wash off anything that comes back dirty.

The Location

breathtaking panoramic views that stretch over Furness and Morecambe Bay.

Situated on the south west tip of the Lake District it sit on the edge of the Duddon Estuary. We are 5  minute stroll to the beautiful beach of Dunnerholme Rock and Golf course  which has some of the most stunning views in the area over looking the Estuary toward Black Combe and the Lake District beyond. And with land adjoining Kirkby fell we have breathtaking panoramic views that stretch over Furness and Morecambe Bay.

If walking is your thing this is the ideal place for you. With miles of beach coastline and acres of moorland fell both on our doorstep, giving you the perfect opportunity for some great views and fabulous photos.

Or jump in the car and venture further into the Lakes. Please remember though this is Cumbria and we do have our fair share of rain so it’s a good idea to fetch with you walking boots or wellies and a waterproof coat for your stay.

 

The South Lakes area is home to some of the most gorgeous beaches in the county and the area has so many wonderful amenities and place to visit literally on the door step . With its picturesque sunsets, castles, historic houses, spas, nature reserves, wild life park, museums and Michelin star restaurants , and being at the foot of the The lakes it’s the perfect place for a relaxing, romantic break. Whether it is a special occasion or simply to enjoy some time together there is certainly plenty to do for two.
